Daily steward of the organization's Salesforce (NPSP) database, collaborating with the Development and the Finance team to process and reconcile gift data from 20+ donation platforms.
Process all incoming gifts in Salesforce NPSP(online, stock, crypto, and planned gifts), creating Opportunities allocated to Campaigns and GAUs
1) Maintain Contact/Account records through merges and updates
2)Build SOQL queries and reports to surface donor insights and record cleansing
3)Perform data imports, exports, and updates using Salesforce Inspector
4)Develop Python scripts to clean and prep external platform data before import
5)Generate personalized gift acknowledgments via Salesforce, and support appeals and event data operations end-to-end
6)Serve as point of contact for donor inquiries by phone and email – troubleshooting donation and payment issues, processing mail/email opt-out requests, and updating communication preferences directly in Salesforce.
